Why I Became a Trainer
Hi, I am Callie — a certified personal trainer with nearly four years of experience helping people build strength, confidence, and trust in their bodies.
I specialize in women’s strength training, and I work with men as well. My focus is on proper movement, sustainable progress, and long-term results. I believe strength training should feel empowering rather than overwhelming or intimidating.
I became a personal trainer because I saw how transformative strength training can be for all of life. It is not just about physically, but mentally and emotionally. My goal is to help others feel capable, confident, and supported as they build strength in a way that fits their lives.

This might be a little long but I will tell you about myself first. I've had 5 back surgeries over the last 6 years and lost all of my core strength. My husband searched for a trainer who might be able to work with this situation. He gave me Callie's info and we started texting, then we talked on the phone and felt like I was talking to someone who really cared about my health and listened to my needs and goals. Callie knew how to be patient and push just enough to get me to really see what I was capable of. She's the only person I trust when it comes to the gym, and for the first time I actually want to go. No matter the hurdle you have going on physically or mentally she is who you want to call.
